มาตรฐาน ISO 14644-1:2015 ฉบับล่าสุด ได้ถูกจัดทำแล้วเสร็จในวันที่ 15 ธันวาคม 2015 โดย Contamination Control Committee ISO/TC 209 ซึ่งมีการแก้ไขตั้งแต่ชื่อหัวเรื่องของ ISO 14644-1 นี้เป็น “Classification of air cleanliness by particle concentration” มีการเปลี่ยนวิธีคำนวนทางสิถิต การเลือกตำแหน่งและจำนวนในการสุ่มตัวอย่าง การเก็บข้อมูล มีการกำหนดมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดของเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวัด การปรับแก้คำจำกัดความบางอย่าง ตารางแสดงข้อกำหนดในการจำแนกระดับความสะอาดโดยปริมาณของฝุ่นในอากาศ สำหรับการกำหนดจำนวนในการสุ่มตัวอย่างจะขึ้นกับขนาดพื้นที่ของห้องสะอาดโดยจะมีข้อกำหนดดังตาราง ในการสุ่มตัวอย่างอากาศของมาตรฐาน ISO 14644:2015 จะมีรายละเอียดขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1. เลือกจำนวนสุ่มตัวอย่าง (NL) จากใน Table A.1  2. แบ่งพื้นที่ (Section) ภายในห้องสะอาดเท่าๆ กัน ให้เท่าจำนวนสุ่มตัวอย่าง (NL) 3. เลือกจุดสุ่มตัวอย่าง (Sampling Location) ซึ่งเป็นตัวแทนของ พื้นที่ได้แบ่ง […]
